How do environmental donations work?
As our community grows, so does our ability to give back. Once Two Jack reaches 200 Print Club members, we'll begin making ongoing donations supporting environmental conservation.
when will i get my first print club print?
All Print Club orders ship on the 1st of every month. The cut-off date is the last day of each month. For example, if you become a member from August 1-31, your first print will ship on September 1.
Can I cancel my print club subcription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
How do I update my shipping address?
Edit your shipping information at any time in the customer portal. Please make sure to do so before the last day of the month to ensure you recieve the upcoming print.
How long does shipping take?
Print Club orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks after shipping, depending on your location. Please allow for 4 full weeks before assuming a print is lost.
Apparel shipping times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Two Jack is based in Canada and ships worldwide.
what if my order arrives damaged?
If your Print Club order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll happily send you a replacement print (subject to availability).
Apparel is made to order through our production partner. If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
do you accept returns?
Print Club orders are non-refundable. If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we'll happily send a replacement whenever possible.
Apparel is made to order through our production partner and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photo proof for a refund.
